Responsible for planning and organizing banquet operations and for the smoothness of service of all banquets and functions held at the hotel as well as supervising and training banquet personnel so as to provide courteous and efficient service.

To oversee the complete service of food functions taking place in the banquet areas.

To check and assure that no equipment is used for any purpose for which it is not intended either by house rule or custom.

To inform the staff of the menus of each function as well as specific setup required and make sure that they are performed as prescribed.

To setup and coordinate all the details for each individual function as prescribed and outlined by the Banquet Service Manager.

To ensure that the function rooms are properly prepared at least one hour before the required time and that all staff are ready.

To check the tidiness and cleanliness of the banquet storerooms and all the function rooms.
检查宴会部所有仓库和宴会厅的房间保持干净整齐。
To work very closely with other leaders and carry out the daily duties which are given。

To check weekly function forecasts with Banquet Sales and to prepare staffing and equipment required.
从宴会办公室内检查每周的宴会厅所有的宴会及人员的安排和器具的安排。
To check table arrangement for functions according to the event order.
检查宴会厅中所有的摆设是否根据宴会单的需求
To carry out any other duties as and when required by Banquet Service Manager.

To compile log book for Manager's notification and note possible comments for rectification.
准备好日常工作中的记录本给宴会经理来检查或纠正
To have knowledge of costing.

To have knowledge of all types of function setup.

岗位要求:
· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
· 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
· 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
· Problem solving and training abilities.
· 具有解决问题和培训的能力
