Responsible for planning and organizing banquet operations and for the smoothness of service of all banquets and functions held at the hotel as well as supervising and training banquet personnel so as to provide courteous and efficient service.

To check and assure that no equipment is used for any purpose for which it is not intended either by house rule or custom.

岗位要求:
At least 3 years work experience.
至少三年的工作经验
Ability to communicate in English.
英语沟通能力
To have well knowledgeable of serving Chinese and Western cuisine.
具有很好的中式及西式餐饮服务的专业知识。
To have well knowledgeable of setting up cocktail reception, meeting, seminar, etc.
具有很好的鸡尾酒会,会议,研讨班等形式设台的专业知识。
