- Minimum one - three years Housekeeping operations experience.

- University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred

- Strong computer systems skills including; OPERA and reporting systems

- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence situations

- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork

- Assist RM to manage housekeeping department (floor, uniform room, public area)
