- Good knowledge and familiar with Front Desk operation
掌握并且熟悉前台工作知识及日常运行。
- Good knowledge of corporate program (Loyalty Program, all promotion and packages, etc)
熟练掌握相关公司计划( 忠诚顾客计划，各类推广包价等)
- Good knowledge of front office computer system (Opera)
熟练运用前台电脑系统，掌握各项功能
- Good knowledge of finance and credit policy
良好的财务知识，熟悉相关信用政策
- Good English language skill
良好的英语能力
- Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
- University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred
具有饭店专业或相关专业大学学历者优先考虑
- Positive attitude under pressure
良好的心理承受能力，在工作中始终保持积极的态度
- Always willing to learn, willing to help
