岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with Marriott standard.
确保所有食物在准备和制作期间符合所定的标准。
2. Checks daily cooking, preparation of all food.
检查每日的所有食物。
3. Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen's transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments.
准备食物的请购单,检查厨房内部调拨,核对数量和质量。
4. Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions.
确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁,并能正常工作。
5. Guides and trains the kitchen's personnel as instructed by Chef de Cuisine.
协助厨师长指导和培训厨房人员的工作。
6. Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties assigned by Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
履行行政总厨或厨师长指派的其他职责。
岗位要求 Job Requirement
1. Minimum 4 years’ Pastry experience
至少4年以上饼房工作经验。
2. Strong organization skills excellent pastry skills;
很好的组织技巧及出色的饼房技巧。
3. Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
全面的食品加工及卫生标准知识。
4. Strong associates relation skills and conflict management skills, and also effective decision making skills
强大的处理员工关系冲突管理技巧,有效的决策力。
