Job Responsibilities岗位职责
Conduct sales activities and service customers including meeting with customers, handling customer enquiries, preparing business proposals, maintaining a good database and record of all sales call activities and business deals.
开展销售活动、服务客户，内容包括：会见客户、处理客户的问询、准备报价书、建立并维护一个良好的客户数据库，存档所有客户联系方式、销售拜访记录和业务往来信息。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1.Minimum 4 years work experience in the sales & marketing.
至少4年销售工作经验
2.Knowledge of local market and business environment.了解当地市场和商业环境
3. Be proactive in identifying leads and convert them into business opportunities.能够积极主动的发掘商机并将之转化为酒店的业务
4.Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.能根据要求使用电脑软件并完成报告
5.Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.良好的沟通技巧和倾听能力
6.Ability to analysis different business situations and come up with suggestions on handling the issues.能够分析不同业务情况并提出处理的建议
7.Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
能够与不同级别的管理层和员工进行有效沟通
8.High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.中文和英语听说读写熟练
9.Good general education, preferably University graduates.受过良好教育，大学学历尤佳
