Job Summary工作概述:
This
position is responsibility for planning, organizing, leading and supervising
Learning & Development within JJIH at strategic level.
此职位是全面负责在战略层面的计划、组织、领导以及督导锦江国际酒店管理公司的人才与发展工作。
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
**Strategic Planning策略规划
• Develop L&D budget & Calendar per annual operating plan
根据年度运营计划制定学习与发展的年度预算及培训日历
• Contribute to the development of the L&D strategy and to the implementation and execution of the L&D development programs
开发学习与发展的策略以及相关项目的落地与执行
• Identify L&D solutions as per business needs and encourage creation & innovation
根据业务需求识别学习与发展的解决方案并鼓励创新
• Strategize the implementation, operation, and execution of company-wide Culture initiatives.
对公司范围内的文化实施、运作和执行进行战略策划
• Identify and develop tools, programs, and strategies to build a talent pipeline essential to the growth of the company
识别并制定工具、项目、策略去搭建人才管道以确保公司的成长
**Business Acumen 商业敏锐度
• Provide learning and development strategies linked to the operational needs and requirements
提供与运营需求紧密联系的学习与发展策略
• Build and maintain effective relationships with management teams (corporate office and hotel operations) in order to understand their specific learning and development needs
建立及有效维护与管理团队的关系(总部及酒店)以便更好地了解他们的学习与发展需求
• Develop and manage performance indicators including evaluation indicators, to ensure that all training programs achieve customer satisfaction and take appropriate action where standards are not met
制定及管理绩效指标(包含评估指标)以确保所有的培训项目达到客户满意并对不达标准的地方采取有效措施
• Regular review on annual budget
定期审核年度预算
**Project Management 项目管理
• Assisted in the rollout of all group & company strategic projects
协助所有集团与公司战略型项目的开展
• Lead the implementation of assigned group project within JJIH
领导集团项目在锦江国际酒店管理公司的落地执行
• Manage E-Learning Project
管理在线学习平台
**Leadership 领导力
• Assisted in developing a hotel training team involving certified trainers / training managers and ensured that they can deliver corporate mandatory programs
协助发展酒店培训团队以确保能够开展集团必修课程
• Develop and deliver leadership training to managers up to the executive level
为经理级以上的员工开发并开展领导力的课程
