Excellent communication skills in English.
4.熟练的计算机能力并熟悉办公软件系统。
Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system
5.5年以上国际酒店工作经验,一年以上同岗位经验就职经验。
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1 years’ experience in a similar position

6.协助问候并向贵宾和长住客人提供入住登记服务。
Assistsin greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests.
7.确保所有前厅部员工熟悉掌握酒店的产品知识及服务标准。
Ensuresthat all Front Office associates are familiar with the hotel’s products andservices.
8.确保所有前厅部员工知悉最新的促销信息,规章制度及其他重要信息。
Ensuresthat all Front Office associates are aware of current promotions, policies andother important information.
9.经常性的亲自确认客人在入住和离店过程中得到尽善尽美的服务。
Personallyand frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible serviceduring check-in and check-out.
10.完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
Carries out any other reasonableduties and responsibilities as assigned.
