Main Duties
1.负责宾客健康,安全地使用游泳池和海滩。关注游泳者,保护游泳者生命安全,预防事故的发生。
Responsible for the health, safety andwelfare of those using the swimming pools / Beach. Observe swimmers and enforceregulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents.
2.确保康乐部的运作符合酒店市场策略,执行酒店行为指南。
To ensure that theRecreation activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, andthat the Hotel Actions have been introduced and implemented where appropriate.
3.在不影响监控泳池或海滩活动的主要职责的情况下,以礼貌高效的态度给客户提供或安排协助。
Without deviating from the primaryresponsibility of monitoring the activities in the pool or beach, you must be able to offer or arrange guestassistance if and when required in a courteous and efficient manner.
4.确保所有的服务员,救生员及服务员始终提供礼貌、专业的服务。
Ensure all Services Officers, Life Guard andFitness Attendant provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
5.必须确保宾客服务员,健身教练,救身员遵守预约时间表提供服务。
Must ensure that the Guest Service Officer, FitnessTrainer, Life Guard adhere toappointment timings.
6.全面掌握酒店健身中心的服务和产品知识,具备促销的能力。
Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of Hotel Fitness Center services and products and the ability to up sellalternatives.
7.全面了解工作知识,能够根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督,纠正和示范作用。定期回顾主要工序并根据最新发展趋势、顾客期望和运营指导思想进行相应修改。
To have a full working knowledge and capability tosupervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to subordinates to the standard set.Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basesreflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
