1.达到客人的服务期望,确保客区顺畅有效的运营。
To ensurethe smooth and efficient running of the guest services areas with exceptionguest relations, service and communication.
2.确保保持工作环境的五星级水准,并为所有客人留下积极的第一印象。
Ensure the maintenance of a five star environment andpositive first impression for all guests.
3.始终根据凯悦酒店的品牌标准提供礼貌、专业、高效、灵活的服务。
To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexibleservice at all times, following Hyatt Regency Standards of Performance.
4.确保所有的服务员,救生员及服务员始终提供礼貌、专业的服务。
Ensure all Services Officers, Life Guard andFitness Attendant provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
5.必须确保宾客服务员,健身教练,救身员遵守预约时间表提供服务。
Must ensure that the Guest Service Officer, FitnessTrainer, Life Guard adhere toappointment timings.
6.全面掌握酒店健身中心的服务和产品知识,具备促销的能力。
Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of Hotel Fitness Center services and products and the ability to up sellalternatives.
7.全面了解工作知识,能够根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督,纠正和示范作用。定期回顾主要工序并根据最新发展趋势、顾客期望和运营指导思想进行相应修改。
To have a full working knowledge and capability tosupervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to subordinates to the standard set.Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basesreflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
