我的具体职责是什么?
· 通过电脑工资管理系统按时正确地向所有员工支付工资;
· 准确、及时的传递来自财务部的有关文件,同时负责管理财务总监的文件,分发追踪工作,如财务报表,运作结果及财务总监的检查报告,协助财务总监安排会议日程,外出旅行,准备和分发所需要的会议记要;
· 确保工作时间记录卡和工资输入表格填写正确;
· 与人力资源部和其它各部门合作,按酒店政策和程序,从原始资料中收集并确定基本工资;
· 确保正确建立员工银行帐号;
· 确保遵守部门授权,计算加班时间要得到同意和授权;
· 按照本地政府的规定,准备和输入工资册,数据包括:工作时间、解雇、调整情况、年假、病假和休假;
· 检查工资管理系统所有的输出单据,相应地做初步修改和调整;
· 为所有法定扣除款和支付款如住房公积金,养老基金准备支票支付申请;
· 确保人力资源部记录所有的员工新情况和任何变动(人力资源部的职责范围);
· 帮助人力资源部回答员工的询问;
· 准备每月工资分类帐,收入调节税的支付和工资扣减;
· 确保不超过所有工资册的最后期限;
· 检查所有的社会保险支出,完成给政府的必要文件,确保代表酒店提出赔偿要求;
· 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
我们寻找什么样的人才?
· 大学及以上资历,财务及相关专业和证书;
· 语言能力: 中英文流利;
· 熟练操作系统Windows, Word, Excel等;
· 工作仔细,有良好的人际关系处理能力;
· 1到2年相关工作经验。
What will I be doing?
· Pay salaries to all employees on time and correctly through computerized payroll management system;
· Accurately and timely deliver relevant documents from the Finance department, manage Director of Finance's documents, distribute tracking work, such as financial statements, operation results and Director of Finance's inspection report, assist Director of Finance to arrange meeting schedule, travel, prepare and distribute meeting notes as needed;
· Ensure that the time sheet and wage entry form are filled in correctly;
· Work with HR and other departments to collect and determine base salaries from raw materials in accordance with hotel policies and procedures;
· Ensure proper establishment of employee bank accounts;
· Ensure compliance with departmental authorizations and that overtime hours are calculated with consent and authorization;
· Prepare and enter payroll data including: working hours, dismissal, adjustment, annual leave, sick leave and leave in accordance with local government regulations;
· Check all output documents of the salary management system and make preliminary modifications and adjustments accordingly;
· Prepare cheque payment applications for all statutory deductions and disbursements such as housing provident fund and pension fund;
· Ensure that the HR department records all new employee situations and any changes (HR department's responsibilities);
· Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What are we looking for?
· University degree and above, majoring in Financial/Accounting ;
· Language skills: English and Chinese;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows: Word, Excel etc;
· Attention to details and good interpersonal skills;
· 1-2 years of relevant experience
