Assistant Food & Beverage manager in developing, monitoring and managing the annual operating budget via:

C. Profitand Loss statement 损益报告
Enforce the Marriott food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
坚持万豪集团的领导方针和营运标准, 保证服务质量。
Be responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
为员工提供相关培训以满足他们对客服务的需求。
5. EnforceMarriott’s 30 point Sanitation Checklist by having all culinary areas inspectedon a monthly basis.
每月对所有经营区域进行执行万豪标准卫生检查。
Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
有效的控制开支以达到部门预算目标。
To accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
以每周为一阶段真实的预测营运需求来保证有足够的员工和物资。
To supervise the completion of the wage progress report on a weekly basis and critique discrepancies.
监督每周工资报告。
Establish department standard procedures and revise if needed.
建立部门标准并执行,在必要的时候做调整和修改。
Attend internal / external meetings and share information to department; represent Food & Beverage department when Director of Food & Beverage is absent.
按要求参加会议并传达既要,必要时代表餐饮部出席活动。
Increase Guest Satisfaction.

Specific Duties工作任务:
1. Operations 运作:
1) Identify and solve problems in a timelyfashion.
及时发现问题并解决问题。
2) Ensurethat all legal requirements are being met in regards to:
确保部门的营运遵守所有相关法律法规,如:
a) Control of liquor, beer and wine 酒类的管制
b) Sanitation and safety 卫生和安全
c) Truth in menu 菜单的真实性
3) Ensureall managers and associates follow all job safety regulations and all hazardsare reported to Loss Prevention and Engineering.
确保所有员工都遵守安全规定工作且所有危险事故或隐患都报告给保安部和工程部。
4) Toensure the awareness and enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s and propertyLSOP’s.
确保员工知晓并执行所有万豪和酒店的操作规程。
5) Enforceoperational standards that are periodically reviewed and updated.
确保周期性的回顾和更新所有运作标准。
6) Ensurethat departments enforce Marriott’s sanitation and food handling standards byhaving all outlets inspected on a monthly basis with appropriate documentation.
参与每月卫生检查,确保所有部门执行万豪卫生和食品操作标准 并留有文件记录。
7) Ensurethat departments properly manage all hotel assets, property and facilities.
确保餐厅妥善运用酒店资源和设施。
8) Ensurethat departments conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
确保部门预防性的维护检查。
9) EnforceMarriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终执行万豪的所有规程、标准。
10)Lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivateour associates to excel.

2. Human resources 人力资源
1) Assistmanager of Food & Beverage in hiring, developing and retaining andassociates.
协助餐饮经理在雇佣、发展和留住高素质的员工。
2) Participatein the appraisal and use effective coaching and counseling methods for positiveimprovement.
参与部门的评估工作,用有效地指导咨询促进他们进步。
3) Assistthe manager of Food & Beverage in conducting annual performance appraisalsfor subordinate staffs in a professional and timely manner.
协助餐饮经理完成部门员工的年度表现评核。
4) Supportsubordinate supervisors with an effective training program to make them awareof the expectations and responsibilities that their positions entail.
给部门主管提供有效培训,让他们知道各自的职位对自己的要求和所要负的责任。
5) Ensurethat departments conduct an effective monthly associate meeting withminutes. 确保各部门每月召开一次部门会议并且记有会议记录。
6) Practicean “open door” policy for all associates.
对所有员工实行“开门”政策。
3. Administrative 行政
1) Schedulesubordinate staffs consistent with volume of business and needs.
根据生意和需要安排员工上班。
2) AdministerManagement PAF and payroll.
管理员工表现评核表和工资。
3) Establishand promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communicationand cooperation.
建立并促进部门之间的良好沟通和协作。
4) Respondto guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed theappropriate manner. Communicate allguest concerns and issues immediately to the manager of Food & Beverage.
对客人的要求,在24小时内给出合理的答复。与客人交流得到客人的反馈后立即反应给餐饮经理。
5) Performany reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening oragainst the law.
在没有生命危险和不违法的情况下,执行管理层下达的指示。
6) Carryout other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
6)完成上级主管安排的其他任务。
