Competent leader in the hotel’s sales and catering systems not limited to
Delphi, Opera and Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
能胜任对酒店宴会系统销售的领导,不限于 Delphi, Opera及酒店综合商业计划。
·
Acquire revenues predominantly for Rooms, Catering & Banquet and Food
& Beverage revenue segments.
主要收入应从房务,宴会及餐饮部门获取。
·
Competent leader in the revenue generation process with the Yield and
Revenue Committees.
具备足够能力领导团队与营收管理委员会一起创造盈利。
·
Understand the dynamics of competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, to
optimise positive and reverse negative impacts on our business strategies.
了解同行竞争酒店的运作,工作分配及相关事项,从而将我们商务策略优势最大化并降低商务风险。
·
Understand the total revenue impact of accounts on the hotel for better
negotiation and yielding opportunities.
了解总收入对酒店盈利的影响,从而在商务洽谈中获得更好的效果及更多商业机会。
·
Review business activities and its results to ensure goals are on pace.
定期回顾商业活动及其成效,确保能按时达到目标。
·
Works with the Director of Catering Sales/ Director of Food & Beverage
/ Executive Chef on engineering menus for high profitability and experiential
value.
与宴会销售总监,餐饮部总监和行政总厨设计高利润率及富有特色的菜单。
·
Coordinate business development with operating teams to ensure seamlessness
of events and delivery of the sales promise.
与各操作部门协调配合业务发展,确保活动的举行与销售承诺一致。
·
Ensures the high standards of quality of services and facilities related to
catering/event operations.
确保宴会活动的质量与设施保持高标准。
·
Attend to the general sales hotline and all incoming telephone calls within
3 rings.
必须在销售热线及电话响三声以内接听。
·
Initiates direct marketing assignments.
直接分配营销市场任务。
·
Cross-sell all IHG properties where possible and asks for leads all of the
time.
在正确的时机下向客人推销集团的姊妹酒店并向姊妹酒店寻求同等的商机。
·
Attend to the general sales hotline and all incoming telephone calls within
3 rings.
必须在销售热线及电话响三声以内接听。
·
Respond to all sales enquiries within 24 hours.
必须在二十四小时内回复所有销售查询。
·
Lead and conduct site-inspections.
带领并协调实地考察。
·
Lead in and engage clients through business development events.
通过商业发展活动结识并招引更多客户。
·
Attend the weekly business development, Yield and Revenue Room meetings.
每周参加市场销售部的周会。
