•To build and represent Club Med's value, develop Club Med visibility and awareness in South regions
•Follow Club Med’s direction to set business plans with accounts
•To manage and maintain relationship with key accounts by effective sales actions with regular sales visit and data reviews, identify partners’ need and opportunities to gain business
•To develop new travel agent accounts with sales leads
•To coordinate with internal and external to drive sales, including market research feedback, new industry information sharing, to bring up proposals about promotional activities, etc.
•To devote to ad-hoc missions assigned by line manager
•Identify business opportunities, analyze sales figures and apply the insight to develop sales plans and implement commercial actions to achieve goal
•Develop annual, seasonal account business plans and strategies to achieve sales target and objectives
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Strong communication and negotiation skill, experienced with strategy in developing regional market;
2) 5 years in BD head role in travel industry with expertise in new BD and key account management;
3) Language: Fluent in English
4) Positive, self-motivated, business oriented, can take frequent business trips and be able to handle pressure
