join our Food and Beverage department team.

About
the job
The incumbent is responsible for directing restaurant team in achieving
the ultimate guest experience and to meet and exceed the food and beverage
goals established for pre and post opening in achieving a 5 star/5 diamond
rating. The Rising Fans reports directly to the Restaurant Manager/Assistant
Manager and supervises the entire restaurant staff.
As Rising
Fans, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support company's philosophy and company culture
with Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring guest
satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Always provide excellent service to all our
guests.
Assist guest courteously and efficiently.
Managing day to day operations
Conducts regular tours of front and back of the restaurant
operation to check on set-up / service / food quality / general
maintenance / cleanliness.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage,
including being able to service and sell the product.
Ensure proper care, security, and maintenance of
hotel equipment through proper supervision of service personnel.
To manage proper staffing level.
To manage proper supplies level.
Assist manager with scheduling, recruitment and
interviewing for new colleagues.
Assist manager with colleagues training and
development.
Attend daily departmental meeting.
Assist manager with daily F&B meeting.
Assist manager with conducting of daily
communication meeting with staff prior to shift.
To visit all our guest tables during or after
their visit, to ensure satisfaction.
To manage, coach, and counsel colleagues,
including disciplinary procedures.
Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and
procedures as stated in hotel colleague handbook.
Communicate all group information/changes to
existing information to appropriate hotel colleagues in an accurate and
timely manner.
Maintains regular guest contact to obtain
feedback / create future and potential clients.
Ensure smooth and effective communication between
F&B and other departments in the hotel.
Effective participating and control in inventory
taking / costs / breakages.
Implement appropriate and effective measures to
improve control of costs / expenses / labour.
Entertain clients, as appropriate.
Ensure that all outlet colleagues are
consistently trained on and adhere to, all FLHSS policies and procedures.
Ensure all colleagues are fully aware of all
Business Continuity Procedures relevant to the appointed section.
Has strong sense of responsibility for financial
goals set forth by the company.
Be responsible for guest and colleague
satisfaction scores.As Rising Fans-Leader in Training-Rooms , we expect from you: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving
