1.监督宴会部员工,设施的工作情况,以及销售和成本,确保部门获得最大的利润。
To supervise the entire Conference and Banqueting department with manning requirement, facilities, sales and costs management and to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved
2.积极的实行节约成本的方法。
Conduct cost saving measurement in all aspect of operation
3.协助宴会经理进行预测工作。
Assist Banquet Manager with Conference and Banqueting forecasting and budgeting
4.协调宴会楼层的日常工作,确保获得最大的利润和最高的宾客满意度。
Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Banquet floor to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
5.迎接活动的组织者,确保他们的要求予以处理。
Greet function organizers on arrival and ensure that their requests are dealt with
位要求:
Job requirments
1.1年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
1 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
3.业务知识熟练;工作认真
Skilled in relevant technique and knowledge,hard-working
4.有责任心;组织管理能力强
Capable of taking responsibilities, Excellent in organizing staff
