Global Sales Intern - Hyatt Beijing Hub(实习)

Below are the detailed requirements for the internship:
Start Date: Flexible after August 1, 2026
Duration: Minimum 6-month commitment
Schedule: at least 3-4 full days per week (onsite)
Responsibilities:
• Assist with RFP collection from hotels and internal communications
• Support lead management within the Envision CRM system
• Coordinate logistics for client events
• Help on system reporting and data analysis
• Handle general office administration tasks
Candidate Profile:
• Current university student based in Beijing (no accommodation support required)
• Junior or Senior-year standing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English documentation and MS Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willing to gain commercial-related on-job training
