工程总监 Director of Engineering

岗位职责:
负责酒店所有设施设备的正常运行、维护和保养，确保酒店的硬件设施处于良好状态。制定设施设备的维护计划和预算，监督实施情况，控制维修成本。对酒店的建筑结构、电气、给排水、暖通等系统进行定期检查和维护。领导和管理酒店工程团队，包括招聘、培训、考核和激励员工。合理分配工作任务，确保团队高效运作，及时响应维修需求。培养团队的专业技能和服务意识，提高团队整体素质。负责酒店的新建、改建和扩建项目，从工程技术角度提供专业建议和方案。监督项目的进度、质量和成本，确保项目按时、按质、按量完成。与设计单位、施工单位和供应商进行有效沟通和协调。制定和执行酒店的工程安全制度和操作规程，确保员工和客人的安全。定期进行安全检查和培训，提高员工的安全意识和应急处理能力。及时处理安全事故和突发事件，采取有效措施减少损失。制定酒店的节能环保计划，推广节能减排措施，降低能源消耗和运营成本。监督能源使用情况，分析能源数据，提出改进建议。积极采用新技术、新材料，提高酒店的节能环保水平。
任职要求：
--教育背景
本科及以上学历，工程管理、电气工程、机械工程等相关专业。取得电气或机械方面的证书，经过完整的培训，具有工程师任职资格
--工作经验
1. 具有五年以上酒店工程管理经验，4或5星级酒店 副总工程师以上职位工作经验，熟悉酒店工程运作流程。
2. 有大型酒店或高端酒店工程管理经验者优先。
--专业技能
1. 具备扎实的工程技术知识，熟悉电气、给排水、暖通等系统的原理和维修方法。
2. 掌握项目管理知识和技能，能够独立负责项目的实施和管理。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门和外部单位进行有效沟通。
4. 熟练使用办公软件和工程管理软件。

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the normal operation, maintenance and maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment to ensure that the hotel hardware facilities are in good condition.Make maintenance plan and budget, supervise implementation and control maintenance cost.Regular inspection and maintenance of the hotel's building structure, electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC and other systems.Lead and manage the hotel engineering team, including recruiting, training, assessing and motivating staff.Allocate work tasks to ensure efficient team operation and timely response to maintenance needs.Cultivate the professional skills and service awareness of the team and improve the overall quality of the team.Responsible for hotel new construction, renovation and expansion projects, providing professional advice and solutions from an engineering perspective.Monitor the progress, quality and cost of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time, quality and quantity.Communicate and coordinate effectively with design, construction and suppliers.Develop and implement the hotel's engineering safety policy and operating procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests.Conduct regular safety inspection and training to improve employees' safety awareness and emergency handling ability.Timely deal with safety accidents and emergencies, take effective measures to reduce losses.Develop the hotel's energy conservation and environmental protection plan, promote energy conservation and emission reduction measures, reduce energy consumption and operating costs.Monitor energy usage, analyze energy data and make recommendations for improvement.Actively adopt new technologies and new materials to improve the energy saving and environmental protection level of the hotel.
Job Requirements:
-- Educational background
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related. Obtain an electrical or mechanical certificate, complete training, and be qualified as an engineer
-- Work experience
1. More than five years of hotel engineering management experience, 4 or 5 star hotel deputy chief engineer or above work experience, familiar with hotel engineering operation process.
2. Experience in large-scale hotel or high-end hotel engineering management is preferred.
-- Professional skills
1. With solid engineering knowledge, familiar with the principles and maintenance methods of electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC and other systems.
2. Master project management knowledge and skills, and be able to independently take charge of project implementation and management.
3. Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and can effectively communicate with different departments and external units.
4. Proficient in office software and project management software.
