工作职责：
确保鸡尾酒的准备和服务程序符合酒店的质量标准，并满足客人的个性化喜好。设计，准备和呈现鸡尾酒和饮料，保证专业的品味，呈现和美学标准。主动与客人沟通，提供量身定制的饮料建议，解决特殊要求和投诉，提高整体酒吧体验满意度。监控酒吧库存，包括酒类供应，调酒工具和装饰，以确保足够的库存水平，同时尽量减少浪费或过期。定期进行库存检查并提交采购请求。与采购部和餐饮部紧密合作，保持供应链的高效运作。保持酒吧设备（如制冰机、摇床、冰箱）的清洁和正常运行，并及时报告故障。控制饮料成本，优化原料使用效率，减少浪费，协助制定季节性菜单和促销活动。严格遵守卫生和安全规程，确保符合食品安全法规和酒店标准。记录每日饮料销售数据、客人反馈和运营问题，并提交定期活动报告。参与酒吧活动策划，展示创意调酒技巧，提升酒吧品牌知名度。
Job responsibility：
Ensure cocktail preparation and service procedures meet hotel quality standards and cater to guests’ personalized preferences.Design, prepare, and present cocktails and beverages, guaranteeing professional standards in taste, presentation, and aesthetics.Engage proactively with guests, provide tailored drink recommendations, address special requests and complaints, and enhance overall bar experience satisfaction.Monitor bar inventory, including liquor supplies, mixology tools, and garnishes, to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste or expiration.Conduct regular inventory checks and submit procurement requests. Collaborate closely with purchasing and F&B departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations.Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bar equipment (e.g., ice machines, shakers, refrigerators) and report malfunctions promptly.Control beverage costs, optimize ingredient usage efficiency, reduce waste, and assist in developing seasonal menus and promotional campaigns.Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hotel standards.Document daily beverage sales data, guest feedback, and operational issues, and submit regular activity reports.Participate in bar event planning, showcase creative mixology skills, and elevate the bar’s brand reputation.
岗位要求：
具备2年以上国际品牌酒店或高端酒吧调酒师工作经验，熟悉经典及现代调酒技法。
精通酒水知识（烈酒、葡萄酒、鸡尾酒配方等），持有调酒师职业资格认证（如WSET、IBA等）优先。
出色的沟通能力和服务意识，能适应高强度工作节奏。
英语口语流利，可熟练与外籍客人交流及阅读酒水英文标签。
具备团队协作精神，能与厨房、服务团队及管理层高效配合。
注重细节，对酒水出品、摆盘及酒吧环境氛围有较高审美标准。
拥有创意调酒比赛获奖经历或原创酒单设计经验。
掌握第二外语（如日语、法语等）。熟悉酒吧数字化管理系统（如Micros、POS系统）。
Job Requirements:
Have more than 2 years of working experience as a bartender in international brand hotels or high-end bars, and be familiar with both classic and modern bartending techniques.
Proficient in wine knowledge (spirits, wine, cocktail recipes, etc.), and those holding bartender professional qualification certifications (such as WSET, IBA, etc.) are preferred.
Outstanding communication skills and service awareness, able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace.
Fluent in spoken English, proficient in communicating with foreign guests and reading English labels of beverages.
Possess a spirit of teamwork and be able to cooperate efficiently with the kitchen, service team and management.
Pay attention to details and have a high aesthetic standard for the production, presentation of alcoholic beverages and the atmosphere of the bar environment.
Have experience in winning awards in creative mixology competitions or designing original wine lists.
Master a second foreign language, such as Japanese, French, etc. Be familiar with digital management systems for bars (such as Micros and POS systems).
