酒吧领班 Bar Captain

工作职责：
确保酒吧的日常运营顺畅，维持良好的营业秩序。保证酒吧环境整洁、舒适，设施设备正常运行。协助制定酒吧的营销和推广策略，吸引顾客。积极与顾客沟通交流，处理顾客投诉和建议，确保顾客满意度。监管服务质量，保证为顾客提供优质、高效的服务体验。监控酒水等物资的库存情况，合理控制库存水平。负责酒水等物品的盘点和报损工作。 协助进行物资的采购申请。负责管理和监督酒吧员工，包括调酒师、服务员等，合理安排工作任务和班次。组织员工培训，提升员工的专业技能和服务水平。
岗位要求：
良好的沟通能力具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验

Job Responsibilities：
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the bar and maintain good business order.Ensure the bar environment clean, comfortable, facilities and equipment in normal operation.Assist in developing the bar's marketing and promotion strategy to attract customers.Actively communicate with customers, handle customer complaints and suggestions to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor service quality to ensure quality and efficient service experience for customers.Monitor the inventory of drinks and other materials, and reasonably control the inventory level.Responsible for liquor and other items inventory and report damage work.Assist with material purchase requestResponsible for the management and supervision of bar staff, including bartenders, waiters, etc., reasonable scheduling of work tasks and shifts.Organize staff training to improve their professional skills and service level.
