酒吧主管 Bar Supervisor

工作职责：
1. 日常管理：负责酒吧的日常运营管理，确保正常营业秩序。
2. 员工管理：领导和监督员工的工作表现，安排工作任务和排班。
3. 服务质量：监督员工提供优质服务，确保顾客满意度。
4. 酒水管理：管理酒吧的酒水库存，控制成本和损耗。
5. 营销推广：协助制定营销计划，提高酒吧的知名度和销售额。
6. 活动组织：策划和组织酒吧的活动，营造良好氛围。
7. 卫生与安全：维持酒吧的清洁卫生和安全环境。
8. 沟通协调：与其他部门协调合作，处理相关事务和问题。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Daily management: Responsible for daily operation management of the bar to ensure normal business order.
2. Staff management: Lead and supervise the work performance of employees, arrange work tasks and schedule shifts.
3. Service quality: Supervise staff to provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Beverage management: Manage the bar's beverage inventory, control costs and wastage.
5. Marketing promotion: Assist in the development of marketing plans to improve the popularity and sales of the bar.
6. Activity organization: planned and organized bar activities to create a good atmosphere.
7. Health and safety: Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment in the bar.
8. Communication and coordination: coordinate and cooperate with other departments to deal with related affairs and problems.

良好的沟通能力具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验
