工作职责：
1. 按标准的要求准备食品。
2. 确保按照食谱烹调。
3. 确保恰当、安全地准备食材。
4. 确保所有食材保存在适宜温度。
5. 协助厨房内日常运营。
6. 保证工作环境整洁。
7. 确保正确准备及储存食材。
8. 确保正确烹调食材及装盘上桌。
9. 确保负责任地进行正确的摆放顺序厨房物品。
10. 确保厨房食物标签一直贴放正确。
11. 遵守酒店食品卫生管理制度。
Job Responsibilities：
1. To prepare the food to the standard required.
2. Ensure recipes are being followed.
3. Ensure food is prepared properly and safely.。
4. Ensure all foods are served at the correct temperature.
5. Assist in the day to day running of the designated section.
6. Make sure a clean work place is maintained.
7. Ensure food is being prepared and stored correctly.
8. Ensure food is being cooked and served correctly.
9. Ensure kitchen ordering is done correctly and responsibly.
10. Ensure
kitchen food labels are being done correctly at all the times.
11. Following
hotel Food Safety Management System (FSMS) request.

专业烹饪学校毕业。至少两年五星级酒店或精品餐厅工作经历。
