岗位职责:
处理宾客的预订、入住、退房等业务,确保流程顺畅。相互监督前台员工之间的服务态度和质量,提升宾客满意度。及时解决宾客的投诉和问题,协调相关部门处理。管理前台物资,确保充足且合理使用。与其他部门保持良好沟通,协调工作。严格执行酒店的各项规章制度。
Job Responsibilities:
Handle guest booking, check-in, check-out and other business to ensure smooth process.Monitor the service attitude and quality between front desk staff to improve guest satisfaction.Solve guest complaints and problems in a timely manner and coordinate with relevant departments to deal with them.Manage front desk supplies to ensure adequate and proper use.Maintain good communication and coordination with other departments.Strictly enforce all hotel rules and regulations.

计算机能力良好
英语交流能力良好
