工作职责:
1. 新员工入职培训计划,使新员工尽快适应公司文化和工作环境。
2. 协助培训经理 关注员工发展需求,为各级员工规划和组织职业发展培训课程及活动。
3. 制定内部培训和分享,促进知识和技能在组织内的传播。
4. 处理员工的投诉和纠纷,维护良好的员工关系。
5. 促进团队合作和员工之间的沟通与协作。
6. 组织和参与员工活动,增强员工的归属感和忠诚度。
7. 与其他部门合作,了解其人力资源需求,提供相应的解决方案和支持
8. 规划和组织员工的培训与发展项目,提升员工的专业技能和综合素质。
9. 促进团队合作和企业文化建设,提高员工的满意度和忠诚度。
Job responsibilities:
1. New employee orientation training program, so that new employees can adapt to the company culture and working environment as soon as possible.
2. Assist the training manager to pay attention to the development needs of employees, plan and organize career development training courses and activities for employees at all levels.
3. Arrange internal training and sharing to facilitate the spread of knowledge and skills within the organization.
4. Handle employee complaints and disputes, maintain good employee relations.
5. Promote teamwork and communication and collaboration among employees.
6. Organize and participate in employee activities to enhance employees' sense of belonging and loyalty.
7. Cooperate with other departments to understand their human resource needs and provide corresponding solutions and support
8. Plan and organize staff training and development projects to improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality.
9. Promote teamwork and corporate culture construction to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
