Responsibilities:
• Attends to guests and take orders
• Cleans and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course
• Prepares checks and collect payment
Requirements :
• Hospitality education background, with wine and beverage qualifications preferred
• 1+ years of experience in fine dining restaurant, 5-star luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred
• Passionate in haute cuisine with good understanding of ingredients and wine
• A pleasant and presentable communicator with hands-on approach to serve discerning guests and support the entire team with care, passion and professionalism
• A good team player who is willing to learn and adapt into the company culture, as a brand ambassador
• Able to work under pressure while have empathy for your fellow colleagues
• Pride and attention to details with the finest personal presentation
• Good command of English is essential, excellent interpersonal skills
