Responsibilities:
• Prepares food in the kitchen
• Works one or more kitchen stations
• Receives directions from chef, cook
Requirements:
• Five years of work experience in French cuisine, preferably in Michelin Black Pearl or 5-star hotels
• Basic food handling and culinary skills
• Time management skills
• Able to closely follow direction
• A good team player and able to performwell under pressure
