Job overview 职位概述
The Crowne Meetings Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for converting assigned leads through the effective execution of the inquiry handling process, the preparation of proposals, quotations, and other activities aimed at meeting client needs and maximizing hotel revenue. Key to this role is developing expertise in understanding sectorial/account needs, maximising lead conversion and driving incremental revenue to the hotel. Where applicable, this role will also involve management and the active coaching of assigned Crowne Meetings Fulfillment Executives and Crowne Meetings Fulfillment Coordinators in their daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
Degree or Diploma, and 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in customer relations in Hospitality or a related service industry. 
本科或以上学历，2 - 5年酒店或相关服务行业客户关系相关经验。
