业务拓展副经理 Assistant Business Development Manager

The Assistant Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing anaccount portfolio with the aim to generate and maximise hotel revenue andmarket share. Key to this role is building relationships and developing networkswithin the accounts assigned by the Sales Research Team in order to increase revenueand conversion. Where applicable, this role will also involve the managementand coaching of a team of Business Development Executives and BusinessDevelopment Coordinators.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS：
1.Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Managementdesired, and 2 - 4 years of relevant Sales experience in Hospitality or arelated service industry.
2.In-depth knowledge of salesprinciples and techniques
3.Effective communication andnegotiation skills
4.Strong knowledge of hotelproducts, rates and marketing programmes
