Overview of Duties职责概述：
The Director/Assistant Director ofSales is responsible for selling the hotel rooms and catering, and should alwayskeep focused on motivating the sales team, train sales personnel, and achievegoals and objectives through sales solicitation and overall co-ordination. He/she is also responsible to develop and providesales service to key accounts.
销售总监/副总监负责销售酒店客房和宴会，并时刻保持激励销售团队、培训销售人员；通过各类销售行动实现酒店营收目标。他/她同时负责开发大客户并提供销售服务。
Skills /Qualities 技能/资历：
-University degree or above本科以上学历
-5-star international hotel workexperience is a plus 5星级国际品牌酒店工作经验优先
-Familiar with updated hotel industrytrends, and own related business resources 熟知最新的酒店行业趋势，并拥有相关生意资源
-Enthusiastic, spontaneous and empathic热情、主动并善于共情
-Confident speaking skills, with goodcommand of English自信的沟通技巧，且英语沟通能力上佳
