Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
主持交接班说明会,确保人才了解酒店的活动和运营要求。
Promote the Hotel’s products and services.
推销酒店的产品和服务。
Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.
准备和执行增加预订销售和相关业务的工作计划。
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.
记录和处理通过电话、传真、电子邮件进行的预订。
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
修改延期和提前离店等特殊情况的预订记录。
Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same.
调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况。
Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
对团队和会议的特别账单安排进行记录。
Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions.
掌握关于特价、酬宾、促销活动的信息。
Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.
监测预订情况,并向经理通报目前和将来的入住率。
Prepare reports as requested (eg to travel agents, business houses etc).
按照要求准备报告(如给旅行代理和商业机构报告等)。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
具有酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的毕业证书或职业证书。
2 years related experience or one year reservations/front office experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2年相关的工作经验,或1年预订部或前台经验包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

Good writing skills

Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等
Possess the language and write skills, and type and operate the computer skillfully
具有一定的语言文字能力,并能熟练进行打字和电脑操作
Mastering statistics and secretary knowledge
掌握一定统计、文秘等知识
Possess the foreign language reading and writing skill, have ability to deal with every kind of documents and data. 有一定英语阅读及书写能力,能够处理中英文各类文件、资料等
Know well about the Reservations Dept. business activities
熟悉预订部业务
Possess the ability about the public and social communication
具备一定的公共社交能力
Master Opera System
熟练操作系统(Opera)
