• To assist Director of Food & Beverage in Planning, organizing, budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link between Outlet Managers and the Director F&B.

• To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.

• To prepare, along with his outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis of the yearly business plan.

• To ensure that all Food and Beverage forms and reports to be forwarded to the Area Food and Beverage Department are submitted properly.

• Formulate and adjust all kinds of operation policy as required.

• Chinese Restaurant background is preferred.

• International hotel group working experience, at least 2 years of work experience in the same position.
