We are currently looking for a Service Manager – Hygiene to join our Executive Office team.
As a Service Manager – Hygiene, we rely on you to:
1. Rich knowledge of food hygiene and safety, experience in food handling and various hygiene standards;
2. Formulated the hotel's food hygiene management system and post responsibility system, and conducted daily supervision and inspection on its implementation;
3. Have working experience in training and auditing, organize hotel staff to train on health law and health knowledge;
4. Inspect and record the hygiene status of the food production and operation process every day, correct the discovered food hygiene problems and safety hidden dangers in time, and put forward treatment suggestions;
5. Regularly check the retention of food samples provided for important reception activities;
6. Establish food hygiene management files and keep various inspection records.
We are looking for someone who :
1. At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
2. Be able to supervise and inspect the service of hotel staff according to the service quality standards and hygiene standards of the hotel.
3. Proficient in national laws and regulations, local policies and professional knowledge about food hygiene.
4. Strong organization, coordination, writing and language skills.
食品卫生经理工作职责如下:
1. 具有丰富的食品卫生安全知识,有食品处理及各种卫生标准的相关工作经验;
2. 拟定酒店食品卫生管理制度及岗位责任制度,并对其执行情况进行日常督促检查;
3. 有培训、审计等方面的工作经验,组织酒店员工进行卫生法律和卫生知识培训;
4. 每日检查食品生产经营过程的卫生状况并记录,及时纠正查出的食品卫生问题及安全隐患,并提出处理意见;
5. 对重要接待活动供应的食品的留样工作进行经常性检查;
6. 建立食品卫生管理档案,保存各种检查记录。
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1.有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.能够根据酒店的服务质量标准和卫生标准对酒店员工的服务进行监督检查。
3. 精通关于食品卫生类的国家法律法规、当地政策、专业知识等。
4.具有较强的组织、协调及文字、语言表达能力。
