岗位职责:
1.确保前台的有序运作,为团队进行支持。
Ensure the smooth running of daily operations of Front Desk as well as
providing leadership and support to the team
2.监督服务质量,确保员工始终能够向客人提供高标准服务。
Monitor the services provided by colleagues and ensure that high standards that
exceed guest expectations are maintained at all times
3.熟知部门的规章制度及程序,做好团队服务管理。
Be familiar with the department's rules and procedures, and perform well in team service management.
4.遵循财务规章制度。
Keepsabreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
5. 进行部门的培训工作并监督培训效果。
Conductregular departmental training to staff and audit the training performance.
6.熟悉所有推广价的内容,如季节性的包价、会员推广活动。
Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for
programs such as: Seasonal Packages, and member Rewards programs.
7.预见客人的要求、解决客人问题。
Anticipate
guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problem。
8.确保客人信息录入完整及安全。
Ensureconfidentiality of guest information
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,同岗位工作经验2年以上,国际联号酒店工作经验优先。
2、形象好,气质佳,有良好的服务意识。
3、有一定的团队管理能力,具备流利的英语口语表达能力。
其他要求

- 计算机能力:熟练
