主要职责Primary Responsibilities :
1、负责监督所有酒水销售部饮料服务及准备方面的工作。
Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets.
2、负责制定大堂吧工作计划,并有效组织实施。
Responsible for making lobby bar work plan, and effectively organize the implementation.
3、每日参与并检查、指导大堂吧工作执行情况,及时发现问题、处理问题并做好记录。
Daily participation, inspection and guidance of lobby bar work implementation, timely find problems, deal with problems and make records.
4、负责部门新员工培训和员工的在岗培训工作,确保员工的素质、技能符合岗位要求。
Responsible for new staff training and on - job training to ensure that the quality and skills of the staff meet the post requirements.
5、与餐饮部其他部门的有效协调和沟通,使工作顺利进行。
Effective coordination and communication with other F&B sections to facilitate smooth work.
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience :
1、同岗位工作经验1年以上。
At least 1 year working experience in the same position.
2、热爱服务行业,工作认真负责,并有一年以上餐饮服务工作经验。
Enthusiastic hospitality industry, with strong team spirit.
3、了解各种酒水知识,有一定英语对话能力。
Familiar with all kinds of wine knowledge, have certain English conversation ability.
