1、确保执行酒店政策方针和公司的品牌标准。

2、对于认可的员工实施培训课程,进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能力。
Implement training courses for approved employees, conduct training for all employees and evaluate their abilities.
3、提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务,并及时制定发展计划,跟踪和执行改变。
Recognized the lack of customer service standards in advance, made development plans in time, followed up and implemented changes.
4、在工作中和下属员工沟通,维护已确定的政策和方针。
Communicated with subordinate employees at work, and maintained established policies and guidelines.
5、在用餐期间确保及时纠正错误的餐位。
Correct the wrong table in a timely manner during the meal.
6、保持操作台的干净和整齐。
Keep the operating table clean and tidy.
7、和厨房保持有效的沟通。
Communicate effectively with the kitchen.
8、为团队准备培训课题。
Prepare training topics for the team.
9、在团队中展现个人精神和严守时间。
Show individual spirit and punctuality in a team.
10、问候客人,处理评论和问题,无论何时都要在用餐中提高销售关注收入。
Greet guests, handle comments and questions, and increase sales attention during meals at all times.
11、向客人推荐菜单的食品和酒水,适当的为客人点单和服务食品和酒水。
Recommends menu foods and drinks to guests, orders and serves food and drinks for guests appropriately.
12、维护良好的客户关系和提高个人的修养。
Maintain good customer relationship and improve personal cultivation.
13、提出好的主意和建议,在设计菜单和食品促销的时候。
Offer good ideas and suggestions when designing menus and food promotions.
14、接受餐厅经理安排的其它工作。
Accept other tasks assigned by Restaurant Manager.
15、在经理缺席期间负责运营。
In charge of operations in the absence of the manager.
