To be responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant,
room service & lounge functions: operations and administration, in accordance
with hotel standards. To ensure guest service levels according to food and
beverage brand standards. To direct, implement and maintain a service and
leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. To maintain
the cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant area including
storage area, guest area, entrance area as well as all other front and back of
house areas.
