- Answer telephone call, copy, print, receive documents. Process and file these documents as required.

- To conduct interview arrangement as per the updated manning schedule from HR Officer on the daily basis. Assist Training Manager to conduct new associate orientation etc.

- Hotel associate attendance records. Formulate all the statistics related to the annual leave, personal leave, sick leave for hotel associates.
- 酒店员工考勤记录。统计所有酒店员工的年假,事假,病假等统计工作。
- Maintain HR Reports monthly and yearly (Turnover, Headcount).
- 制定月度和年度人事报告(员工流动及员工数)。
- Administer and track staff movement, raise personnel action form when needed (transfer, promotion).
- 管理并跟进员工变动,需要时做出人员变动(调岗或晋升)。
- Conduct staff On-Boarding Program.
- 负责进行员工入职项目。
- Probation confirmation and manage all associates’ evaluation (Probation, Mid-year, Annual).
- 确认员工试员期并对管理所有员工的工作表现评估(试用期、半年度、年度)。
- Administer and renew associates’ Labor contracts.
- 管理并续签员工劳动合同。
- Manager associates’ corrective action documentation.
- 管理员工纪律处分文档。
- Coordinate check out: arrange Exit Interview, confirm the last working day with Dept. Director.
- 员工离职:安排离职面谈,与部门总监确定最后工作日。
- Check personal action form and resignation letter signed by associate, Dept. Director, HR Director, Finance Controller, General Manager.
- 检查人事变动表和辞职信等已经过员工、部门总监、人力资源总监、财务总监和总经理的签署。
