As a Service Associate-Front Desk, we rely on you to:
作为酒店前台员工,需承担以下主要工作职责:
Skilled in the front desk professional business and skills, do a good job of customer service.Familiar with the booking information, understand the guest, especially remember the name of the coming VIP, regular customers, know all the activities of the hotel.Proficient in information inside and outside the store to provide accurate inquiry services.Responsible for the check-in of guests staying at the hotel.熟练前台各项专业业务和技能,做好对客服务。。熟悉预订资料,了解客情,尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活动。熟练掌握店内外信息,提供准确的问讯服务。负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。

Fluent in listening and speaking English.Knowledge of Opera operating system is preferred.Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities, equipment and service types, as well as the work level and specifications of the main desk.英文听说流利。掌握Opera操作系统优先。通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
