Be familiar with menus, food recipes and other aspects to recommend various foods and beverages to guests.Clean and polish all utensils.Keep the working place and the tableware room complete, clean and tidy.Add the required fabric and operating equipment.Pick up items from the warehouse.Complete the service according to the standard manual.Set the table according to the restaurant's rules.After the service, clean all the food and clean the table.要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。清洁并擦亮所有器皿。保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。添加所需的布品及操作设备。从仓库内领取物品。根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。
