As a Service Manager-ShangBrew, we rely on you to:
作为酒店香啤坊经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Arrange work based on predictions, reservations, group meal arrangements and the number of important guests.
2. Ensure good sales performance, record guest complaints, solutions and related staff and equipment information.
3. Provide suggestions to the leadership to improve work efficiency, promote sales and achieve the goal of increasing sources and reducing costs.
4. Establish a cash register adjustment control procedure and follow this procedure during service.
5. Participate in the formulation and pricing of menus and beverage lists.
1.根据预测、预定、团体餐安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
2.做好销售，宾客投诉、解决办法及相关员工、设备的记录。
3.给领导提出建议，提高工作效率，促进销售，并达到增源节支的目的。
4.建立收银调节控制程序，在服务前后，要按此程序来工作。
5.参与菜单、酒水单的制定及定价。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. More than 3 years of working experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel; proficient in business knowledge of Western cuisine and bars, and skilled in the skills and techniques of this department.
2. Possess strong organizational and leadership skills as well as practical working abilities.
3. Have knowledge of food raw material processing and Western cuisine cost accounting. Master various product formulas and the output rate standards of various food raw materials, and control product quality and cost consumption.
4. Have experience in social catering.
1.3年以上5星级酒店同等工作经验；精通西餐、酒吧的业务知识，熟练掌握本部门的技能技巧。
2.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力。
3.具有食品原材料加工、西餐成本核算方面的知识。掌握各种产品配方、各种食品原材料出料率标准，控制产品质量和成本消耗。
4.具有社会餐饮工作经验
