Supervises the implementation of Housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:

Makes monthly training schedules and arrange the training actually. The training contents should meet guest needs.

Maintains a comprehensive, current and guest-focused department standards and procedures, and monitor their implementation.
保持一套全面的、现行的及关注宾客的部门标准与程序,并且监督其执行情况。
Maintains a current and thorough knowledge of all Housekeeping systems.
熟悉掌握工作中所需要用到的操作系统。
Opens and closes the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
负责管理接班和交班工作,以确保交接班过程的有效进行 。
Helps to implement and control Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel, such as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures.
协助落实和监管客房标准操作程序,包括个人的安全和健康,例如客遗物品的保管和领取服务、 钥匙管理、安全和紧急处理步骤等程序。
Performs Room allocations.
分配客房。
Performs Room inspections.
检查客房。
Checks three workshops (laundry, guest supplies and disinfection on the floors) and reaches the required standard of cleanliness.
检查楼层区域的三个工作间(楼层的布草间、客用品间和消毒间),达到规定清洁标准。
Prioritizes arrival rooms.
优先安排预抵客房打扫与清洁。
Liaises with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
配合前厅部 满足酒店和宾客的要求。
Coordinates special projects (e.g. site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).
协调特别项目(如布置客房、除虫、窗户和地毯的清洁、客房库存管理等)。
Manages all special requests from guests.
处理宾客所有的特殊要求。
Managements of lost property for the hotel.
酒店客遗物品管理。
Ensures you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.
熟悉掌握客房类型、布局和设备设施的全面知识。
Manages storage areas.
管理仓库。
Maintains adequate stock levels.
保证充足的用品存货。
Completes stock takes as required.
按要求完成库存盘点工作。
Maintains stock levels, controls and analyses the usage of guest floor supplies and amenities monthly to ensure that the cost is lower than the budget.
监管和分析每月楼层客耗品的使用情况,以确保成本不超出预算范围。
Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
主持交班会,确保酒店的工作和运营需求传达到位。
Works with Supervisor and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.
与上级领导和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
执行行政管家分派的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、中专毕业学历或同等以上。
2、有3年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。
3、熟悉客房部专业知识,熟练使用电脑,持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。
4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
