Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Assist the Chief Concierge for the daily operation within the section.
· To coordinate all Bell and Drivers provide prompt, courteous and efficient service provided to guests at all times.
· Ensure the communication with the Duty Manager for the VIP’s arrival and Departure transfer arrangement.
· Maintains and controls the luggage room and ensure that it is recorded properly.
· Ensure that the guest are well welcomed at the entrance, offered assistance with their luggage, escort to the room, directed within the hotel in the absence of the Guest Relation officer.
· Provide accurate information about the hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, sightseeing tours, doctors and any other information request by guests.

·协调所有礼宾员与司机随时为客人提供敏捷高效高质的服务。
·确保与大堂经理沟通每一位重要客人到店与离店车辆的安排。
·随时维持管理行李房并确保适当的记录。
·确保客人在进酒店时收到热烈的欢迎,主动帮助客人提行李,引领客人到房间,直接引领客人到宾客关系处。
·为客人提供精确的酒店服务,当地著名景点,餐厅,观光旅游,医院等信息。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·Be hardworking, loving and professional, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be good at communicating with guests;
·Hotel working experience is preferred.
·具备吃苦耐劳、爱岗敬业品德,责任心强,善于与客人沟通交流;
·有酒店工作经验者优先。
