餐饮部经理

岗位职责：
1. Assists the Director of Food & Beverage in the day-to-day F&B operations and represents him, as and when required, with all its responsibilities.

2. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in developing, monitoring and managing the annual operating budget via:

- Controllablecosts 可控制成本
- Profit andLoss statement 损益报告
3. Enforce the Marriott food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
坚持万豪集团的领导方针和营运标准, 保证服务质量。
4. Be responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
为员工提供相关培训以满足他们对客服务的需求。
5. Enforce Marriott Sanitation Checklist by having all Culinary areas inspected on a monthly basis.
每月对所有经营区域进行执行万豪标准卫生检查。
6. Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
有效的控制开支以达到部门预算目标。
7. To accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
以每周为一阶段真实的预测营运需求来保证有足够的员工和物资。
8. To supervise the completion of the wage progress report on a weekly basis and critique discrepancies.
监督每周帮工工资报告。
9. Establish department standard procedures and revise if needed.
建立部门标准并执行，在必要的时候做调整和修改。
10. Attend internal / external meetings and share information to department; represent Food & Beverage department when Director of Food & Beverage is absent.
按要求主持会议并传达既要，必要时代表餐饮部出席活动。
11. Increase Guest Satisfaction.
提升顾客满意度。
12. To participate in future menu changes with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef taking into consideration new F&B trends, market demands and sales achievements.
协助餐饮部总监及行政总厨根据餐饮发展趋势，适当需求及销售情况进行餐厅菜单的修改。
13. Keep a good relationship with Executive Chef.
同行政总厨保持良好的关系。
岗位要求：
l Minimum 2 years F&B manager experience
至少2年餐饮部经理工作经验
Language
语言能力
l Good command of Written and Spoken Mandarin
流利的普通话
l Good English skills (written & verbal).
良好的英语口译及书写能力
