Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy Planning and Execution:
Collaboratewith the group marketing team to localize product content, such as promotionalmaterials, brochure, and user guides, ensuring alignment with local marketneeds and cultural context.
Implementregional marketing and communication activities (Marcom) in China, ensuring thetimely development of promotional materials (e.g., brochures, gifts, localizedcontent).
Ensurethe successful execution of events, such as Hospitality Group IT/GM Conferencesin China.
2.Content Creation and Optimization:
Createengaging content, including copywriting, images, and videos, based on hotelclients’ characteristics and product usage habits to enhance user experience.
Manageand maintain social media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, videochannels) by publishing high-quality content to increase brand influence andexposure.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Collectand analyze industry and competitor information as needed, providing datasupport and suggesting optimization strategies.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Workclosely with the sales team to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone,market positioning, and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’sdegree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media-related fields;overseas education experience is a plus.
2. Strongskills in copywriting and content creation, with a good understanding of socialmedia operations.
3. Proficiencyin data analysis, with the ability to translate market insights into actionablestrategies.
4. Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills, strong market sensitivity and insight, aswell as solid capabilities in market promotion and development.
