岗位职责:
Job description
1.用微笑和目光接触问候所有抵店和离店的客人。
Greet all arriving and departing guests with a smile and eye-contact.
2.为抵店和离店的客人/团体收送行李,保证散客行李在5分钟内送到客人房间。
Deliver and collect baggage for arriving and departing guests and groups。Ensure fit luggage delivered to guest room within 5 minutes.
3.熟悉饭店所有设施、营业时间,能够正确回答客人的提问。
Have thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and hours of operation, to be able to respond to guests’ questions correctly.
4.接受客人要寄存的行李,交给客人行李寄存卡,并相应地在记录本上登记 。
Accept baggage that guest may wish to keep in storage, issues claim ticket and record in the Record Book accordingly.
5.完成你上级委派的任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.了解成都及周边地区各类相关信息。
Good knowledge of Chengdu city and surrounding area。
2.具有对饭店行业以及前厅部基本知识的了解。
Basic knowledge of hotel & front office.
3.良好的英语能力以及沟通技巧。
Good English language skill and communication skill.
