【岗位职责】
1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务.
Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard
and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
2.为销售食品、饮品创新和利润制定部门的规范和程序。
Develop departmental standards and procedures to
promote salesmanship, food and beverage creativity and profit.
3.与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties,
guest comments and other relevant information.
4.按照部们的月度活动日历提供制定的培训课程。
Delivers prepared training sessions in line with a
departmental monthly calendar.
5. 正确处理客人的投诉。
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
6.根据餐厅存货量领取餐厅物品。
Requisition restaurant items according to restaurant
stocks.
7.为餐厅服务员生提供基本的食品知识和食品服务的培训。
Train service attendant in basic food knowledge and
food service.
8.填写酒单并在每班结束后交给餐饮经理。
Complete spillage report and submit to Food and
Beverage manager at the Conclusion of each shift
9. 以增加收入、人数和利润为目的,设计餐厅宣传材料,然后由餐饮经理审批。
Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers
and profit for the restaurant with the approval of the Food and Beverage
Manager
【岗位要求】
1. 两年以上餐厅工作经验。
2 years above restaurant operations experience.
2. Good at communications, positve attitude.
善于沟通,积极乐观
