DUTIES
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Revenue Optimization the Reservations Manager is responsible of the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservation Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits.
To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met.To ensure that all official correspondence is filed properly.To guide and supervise reservation agents in the daily tasks to ensure a consistently high quality of work.To handle special projects delegated by the Director of Revenue Optimization.To manage periodic team roster and keep a check on the team attendance.Responsible for the management of Reservation Department of 3 hotels in Shenzhen Area.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Events Management, Communications and Reservations functions.Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.A leader with the ability, to coach, train and develop others.
