Job Responsibility
岗位职责
Support the coordination of Learning & Development activities across four Shangri-La hotels in Shenzhen.协助支持深圳区域4家香格里拉酒店的培训项目组织与协调工作。Assist in organizing onboarding programs, training sessions, and employee development initiatives.协助安排新员工入职培训、员工培训课程及学习发展活动。Maintain training records, databases, and learning-related documentation.协助维护培训档案、培训记录及培训数据，确保资料准确完整。Assist with training logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, and equipment management.协助培训物资、培训场地及培训设备的准备与管理。Collect and consolidate training feedback and support reporting activities.收集和整理培训反馈，协助完成培训报告及数据分析。Create training posters, promotional materials, and internal communication content.协助制作培训宣传海报、学习推广内容及内部沟通宣传材料。Support video shooting and editing for training, employee engagement, and corporate culture initiatives.协助拍摄及剪辑培训、员工活动及企业文化相关视频。Assist in employee engagement activities and daily administrative tasks.支持员工活动、企业文化项目及部门日常行政工作。Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.完成主管安排的其他相关工作。
Job Requirement
岗位要求
Strong interest in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or the Hospitality industry.对人力资源、学习与发展（L&D）、培训管理或酒店行业感兴趣。Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.具备良好的中英文沟通及书面表达能力。Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).熟练使用 Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Word等）。Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.具备基础海报设计和内容排版能力，熟悉 Canva、Photoshop 或其他设计工具者优先。Basic video shooting and editing skills.具备基础视频拍摄及剪辑能力，熟悉剪映等工具者优先。Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized with strong teamwork skills.责任心强，细心认真，具备良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神。Positive attitude, fast learner, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.积极主动，学习能力强，能够同时处理多项任务。
