Job Duties工作职责:
1.Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the Executive Housekeeper and the Housekeeping Team;
协助行政管家和客房部同事处理相关行政工作,如:考勤排班、处理邮件、整理档案资料等;
2. Interact with internal and external stakeholders
协调客房部与其他部门之间的工作;
3. Manage the schedule for the Executive Housekeeper. Coordinates meetings and appointments
协助行政管家完成日程安排,预约和组织相关会议。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Oral and written English to handle English email and report.
良好的英语口语及书写能力,熟练处理英文邮件和客房部报表;
2. Strong sense of responsibility.
强烈的责任心;
3. Good computer and office software skills.
熟练使用电脑及办公软件。
