The hotel opened in 2022 , Hotels are located in the center of tourism development in Samarkand, 18 km away fromCBD. There are 242 guestrooms in Silk Road Hotel by Minyoun with 2 restaurants, 2 barsand medium banquet and conference facilities. Stars of Ulughbeg Hotel Lia by Minyoun has 172 questrooms, 1 ADD restaurant, 1 bar and 2 meeting rooms.
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the reception and management of the hotel's front office, familiar with the functions of front office service facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.
2. Conduct relevant market plan analysis, formulate departmental work plans, and complete work reports.
3. Maximize room occupancy and achieve optimal room revenue.
4. Supervise subordinate department heads, delegate tasks, clarify job responsibilities, and adjust work arrangements as needed.
5. Maintain good guest relations and independently and effectively handle guest complaints.
6. Assist the hotel and higher-level leadership in dealing with emergencies.
【Job Requirements】
1. College degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Familiar with the operational management of the hotel's front office, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
3. Supervise the service quality standards and operational procedures of the front office staff and oversee all aspects of the front office operations.
4. Effectively implement, execute, and complete the monthly work plans formulated by the department.
5. Fluent in English conversation, with strong coordination and management skills, and some sales ability.
6. Comprehensive understanding of basic financial knowledge related to front desk cashiering, capable of handling financial issues involved in daily service operations.
